Who am I

Angeliki Kollia Breathwork Practitioner

Hello there, I’m Angeliki Kollia, a breathwork practitioner guiding people to reconnect with their bodies, take their power back, and fall in love with who they are using the power of their breath.

I’ve spent most of my life chasing excellence. Always doing, always pushing, always striving, trying to feel enough.

For years, I was a competitive volleyball player, chasing perfection, pushing through injuries and pressure, wearing resilience like a badge of honour. I also dedicated nearly 15 years climbing the corporate ladder in Human resources, working across global conglomerates and S&P 500 tech giants, supporting thousands of employees globaly. I knew how to perform, I knew how to live with chronic burnout. I didn’t know how to pause.

Eventually, my body had enough and I had to retire from volleyball, which left me in the middle of a huge identity crisis.

A series of events led me to discover freediving and that and that became the foundation for my inner dive. I learnt to quiet the mind between breaths and find cofort inside the discomfort of the body. Freediving showed me how to find power in softness, how it feels to exist in stillness.

Still, I wanted more and outside the pool I was living inside my head unable to carry my emotions, constantly doing to avoid looking deeper. Talk therapy helped me identify all the belief system I built as a wall to keep myself safe but I could not dare look behind that wall.

This is when breathwork came in my life and things started shifting. Breathwork gave me access to parts of myself I couldn’t think my way into. It helped me face wounds I had avoided, regulate my nervous system, find ease in difficult moments, feel my emotions, and finally, learn how to rest. It showed me what it feels like to be at peace with what is and what letting go means. I was able to release layers of what I’d been carrying my entire life, including patterns and imprints from pre-verbal and early developmental stages. Because when something happens that is too much, too soon, too fast, it often gets stuck in the body until it’s given space to be witnessed and released, but until then we walk life with it on our body.

And I get it, it can sound intimidating to unpack all of that. Even hearing someone say “slow down” used to irritate me. The first time someone told me I needed to slow down, I thought: You must have a boring life, that’s why you say that. But breathwork taught me something else. Slowing down, is actually cool.

Walking this path opened the door to a different kind of life, one that feels lighter, softer, and more spacious. Not ruled by stress, pressure, or emotional weight. A life where comfort, joy, and fulfilment are not things to be earned, where no proof is needed to be worthy of rest. A life rooted in presence, connection, and freedom and that’s the life I want others to know is possible too.

I now hold space for individuals and groups to reconnect with themselves with gentleness, release what’s been stored in the body, and find more clarity, presence, and peace. Ultimately feeling empowered to experience life the way they want not the way they have been conditioned to do.

If you’ve been holding your breath, not because you freedive, but because life has asked you to hold it all in, I’m here for you when you’re ready to breathe again.
