Group breathwork sessions facilitator

1:1 sessions are for anyone who:

  • wants to deepen their self-awareness and reconnect with their body

  • is navigating life transitions or periods of change

  • feels stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or impacted by ongoing stress

  • is ready to shift patterns and move towards more peace and self-trust

  • seeks emotional release, integration, or healing from past experiences

  • is curious about the breath as a tool for growth, clarity, and transformation

  • wants to feel more alive, grounded, and energised in their body

How it works

Each session is designed around you, your needs, your journey, your pace. Sessions last between 1.5 and 2 hours and follow a two-part structure:

  1. Exploration and Awareness: We begin with a check-in and somatic exploration. This includes simple body-based exercises that help bring sensations and emotions to the surface. It’s a space to slow down and notice how these internal cues relate to your emotional landscape and shape the way you experience life.

  2. Breathwork and Integration: We then move into approximately 50 minutes of conscious connected breathwork. This is where we create space for deeper awareness, release, and emotional processing allowing whatever needs to arise to be safely felt and moved through. We close the session with time to integrate the experience, helping it settle in the body.

What is the experience like?

Every breathwork session is different. Some may cocoon you in a sense of vitality and uplift, while others may stir deeper layers bringing old emotions or buried memories to the surface. Some sessions recharge your system, bringing clarity and a sense of renewal, while others offer profound revelations or quiet shifts.

On a physical level, you may experience sensations such as tingling or numbness in the hands or feet, changes in temperature, dry mouth, lightheadedness, or tremors. These are natural responses that the breath is doing its thing.

Emotionally, the spectrum is just as wide. You might experience anger, fear, or guilt, or you may find yourself feeling joy, pleasure, uplift, connection, compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and love. Sometimes, it’s a mix of it all at once.

Whatever emerges, we welcome it. We hold space for it with care. This practice is about learning to breathe through every sensation, every emotion, every story, trusting that each part of the journey is valid and enough.
